HR employee with a focus on payroll accounting (m/f/d) (part-time from 20 hours to full-time)

We are looking for an ambitious employee for our HR department to start as soon as possible. We are looking forward to meeting a committed individual who enjoys working with numbers, challenges and has organisational talent.

 

Your tasks

• Preparation of ongoing payroll accounting, including settlement with corporations and reporting
• Checking travel expense reports
• Maintaining the content of the time recording system and checking working time records
• Preparing employment contracts and personnel documents
• Maintaining the content of the personnel information system
• Contact person for labour law and tax matters

 

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting and completed examination
• Good knowledge of labour law and tax law as well as MS Excel
• Solid practical experience with BMD NTCS
• Accounting skills desirable
• Very good German and English skills as well as MS Office skills
• Charismatic personality with a precise working style and a high degree of independence, who also enjoys working on the implementation of new processes and ideas in our HR department.

The position offers a minimum annual salary of € 35.000,00 gross based on full-time employment. We are willing to pay above the minimum salary for candidates with the appropriate qualifications or professional experience.
