The Diversity4Innovation Award, initiated by UAR – Upper Austrian Research, honors for the very first time researchers who are actively committed to diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion – in their research, their projects, and their collaboration.
For Daniela, diversity means working across cultures in a gender-balanced team. She believes that unconventional ideas can only emerge in a creative environment.
At PROFACTOR, she collaborates with a wide variety of people and leads the development of innovative inspection technology solutions for the manufacturing industry.
