Call for Papers: Special Issue "Nanoimprinting: From Micro to Nano"
Call for PapersMicro- and Nano-Structuring
Our Senior Scientist Dr. Michael Mühlberger has been appointed Guest Editor of the upcoming Special Issue “Nanoimprinting: From Micro to Nano” in the journal Nanomanufacturing.
Special Issue
Researchers from academia and industry are invited to present their latest advances in nanoimprint technologies.
As nanoimprinting continues to evolve as a key enabling technology for manufacturing functional micro- and nanostructures, new developments in processes, materials, metrology and applications are driving innovation across a wide range of fields—from micro-optics and optical metasurfaces to microfluidics and nanogap devices.
Your Contribution
Submissions are welcome across the full spectrum of nanoimprint technologies, including:
- Nanoimprint process development
- Materials for nanoimprint technologies
- Nanoimprint-enabled applications
- Metrology for nanoimprint processes and structures
- Sustainable nanoimprint technologies and their contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Reliable metrology plays a crucial role in advancing nanoimprint processes and enabling new applications. Therefore, contributions addressing measurement challenges and characterization methods are particularly welcome. Authors are also encouraged to highlight the sustainability aspects of their research wherever applicable.
We look forward to bringing together the latest advances in nanoimprint research and encourage researchers from academia and industry to contribute to this Special Issue.
