At PROFACTOR \u2013 every day.  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our colleague Daniela Kirchberger has been nominated for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nachrichten.at\/aktionen\/diversity4innovationaward\/uebersicht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diversity4Innovation Award<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Diversity4Innovation Award, initiated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uar.at\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UAR \u2013 Upper Austrian Research<\/a>, highlights researchers who actively promote <strong>diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion<\/strong> \u2013 in their research, their projects, and their daily collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>Daniela<\/strong>, diversity means intercultural collaboration in a gender-balanced team.
