The data is processed on the basis of a contractual relationship (and, where a business relationship is being initiated, also a pre-contractual relationship) (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In particular, we process your name, contact details (such as email address, telephone number, residential address), where applicable date of birth, citizenship, bank account details, possibly information relating to your creditworthiness, and\u2014if necessary\u2014your social security data, as well as information provided by you in connection with the fulfilment of the contractual relationship (in particular documents, certificates, contracts, correspondence, financial data, etc.). Where data is not collected directly from the data subject, company register data, insolvency data and registration data are obtained from publicly accessible databases.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data may also be processed on the basis of a consent you have given, which may be revoked at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In this case, we process your personal data in accordance with and to the extent of the consent you have granted us. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing of your personal data may also be necessary for the fulfilment of a legal or official\/court obligation incumbent upon us (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) (in particular statutory retention obligations and reporting obligations to authorities based on legal requirements).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, processing may take place on the basis of our legitimate interest in the processing. In addition, data is stored until the expiry of applicable claims for damages and warranty periods to the extent necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (in this case until the conclusion of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence), taking into account statutory limitation periods under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), which may require retention of relevant documents for up to 30 years after termination of the contractual relationship. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The respective retention period for your data is determined on the basis of various criteria (in particular the legal basis on which the processing is based, the purpose to be achieved and, where applicable, your consent). Where your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, it will in any case be stored and processed for as long as your consent has been granted (and no objection has been received by us). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">Newsletter<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we require your salutation, first name, last name, email address and your declaration that you consent to receiving the newsletter.<br\/>To enable us to provide you with targeted information, you may optionally provide us with details of your title\/academic degree, a company name and an address.<br\/>After you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.<br\/>You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Please cancel your subscription using the link in the newsletter. Your data will then no longer be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">Use of YouTube Components with Enhanced Privacy Mode<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website uses components (videos) from YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use the option provided by YouTube known as \u201cenhanced privacy mode\u201d. When you access a page that contains an embedded video, a connection is established to YouTube\u2019s servers and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser. According to YouTube, in \u201cenhanced privacy mode\u201d data is only transmitted to YouTube\u2019s server\u2014especially which of our pages you have visited\u2014when you play the video.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you visit one of our pages featuring Vimeo videos, a connection is established to Vimeo\u2019s servers. In the process, Vimeo is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. However, we have configured Vimeo so that Vimeo will not track your user activity and will not set cookies.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of Vimeo is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
