High-quality optical inspection and automation solutions, developed over many years at PROFACTOR, enable high-quality assurance in the production process of the future and are gaining increasing importance in the development towards Industry 5.0.<br\/>To strengthen our team in this field of activity, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about automation solutions in a young, dynamic team, enjoy challenges, and have organizational talent.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You design optical systems using our standard components to match customer requirements and contribute your innovative ideas for special solutions \u2013 including flexible working hours and home office options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure project results, you independently conduct preliminary studies and feasibility analyses with our test and laboratory setups at the company site and present them to our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create the system software, parameterize the systems, and program special solutions for specific customer requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioning and optimizing the inspection systems you prepared, both in-house and at our customers&#8217; sites, is enjoyable for you and supports your professional development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You see customer contact during acceptance tests and training as an opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and learn about different requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy working in a team, actively contributing your ideas, benefiting from shared knowledge, and being part of collective success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Qualifications <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed technical education (technical college, HTL, FH, university) in mechatronics, automation technology, physics\/chemistry, computer science, or similar, with a strong interest in automation technology and image processing. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C++, C#, Python, or knowledge of comparable programming languages (PLC knowledge is desirable). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience or knowledge in image processing and camera technology (electronics) is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional knowledge in project management, robotics, and inkjet printing is also welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good German and good English skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving license B and willingness to travel (primarily DACH region) up to approx. 25%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured way of working and innovative-analytical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Mission<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pioneers of intelligent production.
