PROFACTOR has versatile solutions for robotic inspection systems. Teaching a new task – for example a complete 3D Validation – is possible thanks to the intuitive user interface, even for non-experts. With the XRob system, PROFACTOR has created a platform for a wide range of inspection applications – this can be easily extended by new technology elements – for example, gesture recognition.

Inspection of components with complex geometries

In the ThermoBot project, PROFACTOR developed a solution for automatic inspection of components with complex geometries. The components are inspected by means of thermographic crack detection. The main technological challenge lies in the path planning for a complete inspection of the component in the production cycle.
