 Promote interest in technology competently and at an early stage

PROFACTOR builds not only on the development of its team, but it also wants to inspire children and youth for science and technology.  This is because you can’t start early enough to bring children and new technology together. The goal of PROFACTOR is to inspire youth for a technical education.  The lack of skilled workers and technicians is not just empty words. There is also a threat of not having enough young scientific talent in research and technology in the coming decade as well.

Technically Fit Girls and Women

PROFACTOR also helps girls to become interested in mathematics, chemistry and the rest. In Power Girls Days, for example, the young generation of researchers takes part in chemistry experiments, tests in all aspects of heat, and tricks in the field of encryption. The equality of men and women is actively lived out in the PROFACTOR innovation tank. For example, PROFACTOR participates in the FEMtech programme offered by the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology (bmvit). The objective of this initiative is to promote women in research and technology and to create equal opportunity in industrial and non-university research, in technical universities and in research and technology programmes.
