Measuring software

The photo is loading on a computer. With the measuring software ABRASCAN it is possible to get radiuses, distances and angles. The flank wear will be documented by photographing and measuring of the land wear. It is possible to demonstrate a resolution till 1.1 μm. A measurement of the abrasion is possible till 5 µm but is not guaranteed for all applications.

Easy application

For calculation of a value by a typical computer ten to a maximum of 30 seconds are necessary. The user interface of the software is like the usual office programs. The export of data in a spreadsheet is smoothly possible. Hence the creation of abrasion processing charts is very easy.
