Multi Side Inspect

PROFACTOR’s MULTI SIDE INSPECT family of products checks all tampons produced inline. The image processing system, which was specially developed for this function, checks tampons immediately after they are manufactured, thereby providing data on product and process quality. Recurring errors (e.g. if the quality of the materials used is poor) are detected quickly and can be corrected promptly.

Downtime and scrap can be reduced as a result. In addition, MULTI SIDE INSPECT produces statistics on the test results and provides data on production quality.
