Mantel inspection
Inline inspection system with special lens for complete inspection of the mantel surface of cylindrical objects.
End face inspection
line inspection system with special lens for simultaneous inspection of end faces.
InTampon inspection
Inline inspection of the whole surface of the tampon for parameters relevant to quality, e.g. Length, diameter, position of string, position of tear-off flap and packaging foil.
Surface checker
100 percent inspection of hard chromium plated steel bars for inclusions, dents and grinding defects directly after the welding process.
Saw-tooth edge inspection
Verification of a serrated edge directly in the grinding chamber to synchronise the belt and the grinding disk.
Ring monitoring
Fully automatic inspection system for visual inspection of transparent injection moulding parts (plastic rings) for completeness, diameter and sprue with a cycle rate of six items per second.
Centricity control
Fully automatic optical measurement of the centricity of a disk in a loudspeaker basket with 5um precision.
